Slacking

Running late tonight and low on wishes.

I'm too focused on packing for my trip and getting everything ready.

1.  A trim and some layers.

Haven't touched my hair since August and I need something done with it soon.

 

2.  For it to be Friday.

Can we just skip Thursday? Who needs Thursday?...

Oh wait...The Hunger Games comes out at midnight...never mind.

I guess I'm wishing for The Hunger Games to be a good movie.  It always kills me when movies don't do amazing books justice.  Luckily this one looks like it's going to be amazing.

Wednesday Wishes

Happy Wednesday all you wishful lovelies out there!

I'm feeling quite productive today and I like it!

My car is washed and cleaned out, I got to hang with some adorable kids, and I made a few store runs.

The weather is gorgeous today and I'm excited for what the rest of the week is going to bring.

Ok, so here's what I'm wishing for this week!

Can Southern Wedding Magazine just plan my whole wedding please?

2.  I wish that this would come true this year.

3.  That my loans would miraculously pay themselves off.

Leap year Wednesday wishes

1.  I wish that this would come sooner than later. 

I've been sick all day with a nasty sinus headache....bummer.

2.  I wish we had a house already so I could make these to put up somewhere.

I like the yarn, but I've also seen it done with fabric which looks really cute too.

3.  I wish that it was summer already so I could make this dessert.

I've been craigslist shopping a lot lately and there's so many cool, old windows out there.

It's that lovely hump-day time again!

I've been day dreaming a lot about getting a house lately.  We tried registering and realized that it was very difficult to do if you had no idea what you wanted your house to actually look like.

So this Wednesday Wishes post is dedicated to what I wish my house would look like.

1.  A small writing nook.

2.  A big, white bed.

3.  A bathroom with a claw foot tub to soak in.

4.  A turquoise and red kitchen.

5.  A pretty porch...it'd be even better if it was a wrap around.

6.  A cozy and rustic living room.

Wishes for everyday life

Today was a normal day.

We did everyday errands.

Waited at the DMV, got taxes done, shopped for new running shoes, took a nap (me), and played video games (him).

The only thing I'm wishing for today is that September would hurry up and come.

These regular things should not feel like Christmas all the time.

I'm ready to trade my once-in-a-while relationship, for an everyday marriage.

W1: He was home with me

The last few times that we were home (Salinas) together were super fun and amazing.

I wish he was here with me tonight!

(We do really dorky things when we're home, like play with my brother's Nerf swords)

W2: Tomorrow goes well!

Tomorrow I have a job interview.  As of yesterday, I have no job.

Getting one would be really sweet right now.
